With a guest count of nearly 200 to 300 people, the day somehow managed to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. It was romantic, modern, dramatic, and full of energy. Every detail was thoughtful, elevated, and designed with intention. Truly the kind of wedding that belongs in a magazine.

A Beautifully Chaotic and Joyful Beginning

The day began with Brittany, the bride, getting ready in a house on the property alongside her girls and her mom. The energy was loud, fun, and full of excitement. The kind of morning where music is playing, people are moving in every direction, and the anticipation is palpable.

There was a brief moment of chaos when a dress malfunction popped up, but in true wedding-day fashion, the solution came quickly. Brittany’s seamstress was a phone call away and arrived within minutes to fix the issue. Just like that, everything was back on track.

Brittany wore a stunning Martina Liana gown with removable sleeves, and the details on her dress were absolutely incredible. The texture, structure, and movement photographed beautifully. While the girls continued getting ready, we stepped away to capture reception details, and it felt like walking into a dream. Every element was perfectly styled, from the elevated fall color palette of wine tones paired with black and white, to the lush florals by Findlay Floristry. It truly felt like a girl’s Pinterest board brought to life.

A Seamless and Emotional Ceremony in the Greenhouse

The ceremony took place inside Everhart’s glass greenhouse, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The space was filled with natural light, clean lines, and greenery, creating a romantic and modern atmosphere that felt timeless.

One of the most memorable moments was the inclusion of Brittany and Josh’s dog, who proudly walked down the aisle and instantly melted everyone’s hearts. Just before Brittany made her entrance, an audio message played for Josh, adding an emotional and deeply personal touch to the moment.

The couple chose not to do a first look, making Brittany’s walk down the aisle their true first look of the day. It was emotional, intentional, and incredibly powerful. One of the things I love most about Everhart Gathering Place is how seamlessly the day flows. Every space feels thoughtfully designed for its purpose, which allows moments to unfold naturally without feeling rushed.

The venue coordinators were incredible and truly elevated the experience. I would recommend them to any couple looking for a smooth, stress-free wedding day.

A Reception Full of Drama, Energy, and Surprise

If there’s one word to describe the reception, it’s unforgettable.

The energy kicked off immediately when Brittany and Josh entered their reception with cold sparklers. The crowd was already buzzing, but what came next took it to another level. Brittany completely surprised Josh, a huge Browns fan, by having the Browns mascot show up to kick off the dance floor. Josh’s reaction was pure shock, and the entire room erupted. It was one of those moments that people will talk about for years.

The dance floor stayed packed all night long, fueled by incredible music, lighting, and an amazing vendor team. For guests who wanted a quieter moment, there was an outdoor lounge area complete with a cigar bar. It was the perfect balance of high-energy celebration and relaxed connection.

To end the night, Brittany and Josh shared a private last dance before making their grand exit. A vintage car arrived for portraits, and the timing could not have been better. The sunset light, paired with the car and the open space, created some of the most cinematic moments of the day.
